Option 1: A fully insulated timber frame base is constructed from treated 4x2 inch (50x100mm) timber and supported by ground screws. The base is insulated with EPS 70 100mm and finished with 18mm T&G OSB board, creating a strong, insulated slab ready for flooring.

Option 2: Timber-frame base made out of treated 6x2 inch (50x150mm) timber and supported by ground screws, super sturdy and ready to be built immediately after the installation, Eco-friendly option and can be relocated if needed with minimum disturbance to the surroundings.
